Aug 31 2019 I am so impressed with my visit ! My initial consultation was fabulous, everything was checked and advice given on how to look after my oral health. An real individualised treatment. The dentist noted that I had been clenching my jaw and although this had not been for long she offered a real personable and caring approach offering ideas on how I can destress. A real holistic approach to not only my oral health but my overall health and wellbeing. So impressed !

Jul 11 2019 I had some dental implants done about two years ago by them. Whilst away on holiday they fell out. I went to a dentist's in Vienna where I was and they told me that only the practice where I had them done had the key, something they (the practice) never told me. I rang them from Vienna on the 6th of July 2019 to explain the situation and get an appointment to have the implants fixed upon my return to the UK today, July 11th. They tried to book me in for the.. second week of August, condemning me to a whole month of life with a gaping hole at front middle of my mouth, with two screws dangling out of the jawbone like Hannibal Lecter. After much protestation they booked me in for the 18th of July 2019, thus reducing my agony, inability to eat, socialise, or go to job interviews to "just one week." Quite frankly this whole thing is beyond just a bad experience, I need to find out where I stand legally. Surely no person should be left in pain and unable to eat or live normally, i.e. go out or talk to a recruiter.

I was scared of treatment and ashamed of admitting it. Toothache forced me to go to the dentist, and now my only regret is not having gone years ago. The staff here were all so friendly; from reception staff, to the dentist himself, all the dental nurses and hygienists. Really professional, really friendly. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough
