Sep 24 2019 I was so anxious about going to the dentist after having bad past experiences with a different dentist many years ago . Hyde Dental practice is the best dentist Iv experienced . I have PTSD and dreaded the dentist injections and work. My dentist listened to my fears, he talked me through everything that needs to be done and even had me laughing. I felt relaxed and I didn’t feel a thing. I can honestly say he has put my fears at rest. My teeth look and feel better already .

Jul 22 2019 Dentist took the day off when my son had an appointment scheduled without informing us then he was removed from the system when he missed the following appointment. The appointment was made over 2 months in advance and not reminder was sent so we have completely forgot about the appointment. In May I visited the dentist and asked for a referral to replace some missing teeth, nearly 3 months later and I'm still waiting for the referral! I doubt the referral was ever made! Very poor service!

Dec 30 2018 I joined Market St dentist after a shocking treatment from a previous dentist, after 2 yrs of no check ups I decided to get registered with a reputable dentist and I'm glad I chose this one. I was a bit nervous about the state of my teeth but after regular 6 month check ups and a couple of small fillings I feel much more comfortable and actually look forward to visiting! I feel like my dentist is very honest and doesn't do work for the sake of the money (unlike some others!) Very friendly staff and always able to get an appointment at the time that is most suitable for me - highly recommended for nervous patients!
