While suffering from PTSD COPD Osteoarthritis in my shoulders odemas in both legs and long term Anxiety attacks, then cancer , I had to wait from 2019 to 2022 to get an appointment but due to ill health and not being able to get dressed for the appointments I cancelled within 6hrs then I said I would what until treatment finished then booked,was told OK, ( receptiontist ) when I booked (tried ) I was told no longer a patient as,not given 24 hrs cancellation, when it was I'm possible to give that amount of time, then when I tried to speak today 30th September about the issue the receptionist was rude , condescending, another case of people with long term Illnesses being g treatmented as a piece of dirt on there shoes and being a military Veteran of 16years service the Military Covenant once again isn't worth the paper written on. Harborough Rd should be ashamed and need to retrain receptionist,

The staff on reception and the dentist were both unprofessional and extremely rude,they did not treat me with dignity or respect and made me feel like a real inconvenience to them. I have since found a better dentist, do not use them they are terrible
