I called today for an appointment to be told I am blocked by the dentist as I apparently failed to attend an appointment back in 2016?! I don't think so.
Very unhelpful over the phone. Disgrace. |

I've been a patient here for about 3 years. Their new policy is to charge upfront (due to non payment of other patients I am assuming) which isn't a problem for me, but the last 3 appointments they've cancelled and the most recent within the hour on the day of the appointment. This is time I've booked off work and I had to complain to get a refund of the payment I paid upfront 3 months ago. As I'd like to continue my treatment elsewhere, I have also asked for the cost of the original check up to be refunded (as I will need to pay this again) but am still waiting a reply. I feel this is totally reasonable as their policy is to request payment if they receive a cancellation within 48 hours so surely they should reciprocate this to their patients? |
