I visited a very well advertised dentist in Ipswich not for from a Cafe. They treated the issue but left infected root with a potential risk of bone infection. The pain was 10/10. It was a terrible dentists. Called up Foxhall. Receptionist as they are, was a little bit cagey for an emergency appointment. Receptionists, depending on the profession they are attached to somehow feel they know it all. Anyway, eventually I was allowed to see a decent. They are brilliant and professional. This dentist was, like all of their dentists, very professional. He saved my tooth and rescued me from the hell of pain. I am indebted to that dentist and the directors for choosing great professionals. Just need to retrain some of the reception staff. Front of house staff can make or break a business. |

my experience was terrible, firstly it was very difficult to get an NHS appointment then when I did the left shards of my tooth were still in the gum and the abscess was just left, I had to go to my clinic still in great pain to get some antibiotics. shame on you Foxhall Dental Surgery. |

My experience with Foxhall Dental Surgery was a nightmare, firstly it was very difficult to get an NHS appointment then when I did, they pulled my tooth leaving shards of my tooth still in my gum, and not even treating the abscess, telling me to rinse my mouth with an antibacterial mouth wash. still, in great pain, I had to go to my clinic for some antibiotics, the nurse at the clinic said he could see bits of tooth still in my gum, shame on you Foxhall Dental Surgery. |
