just been to the new dentist at Clarence road,he was extremely knowledgeable and patient explaining in detail the procedure.I felt completely safe with all of the covid measures in place, and the reception were so helpful |

When ever I ring with a problem the receptionists do their best to help, for instance yesterday I rang with a problem and she spoke to the dentist and got me in the same day. The dentist is always friendly and courteous. He explains what he wants to do but gives me options. He always tries to do as little to the teeth as he can, preserving as much original tooth as can be. I would say he is minimalist but in a good way. |

i just want to start out by saying that I’m very happy with the service and treatment from my dentist, which is why I continue to go there. What puzzles me is how unhappy all the receptionists & dental nurses seem to be - is there something they’re not telling us?! In particular one dental nurse borders on rude, like she really does not want to be there at all. She’s very abrasive and has a terrible manner with patients, including children. Very strange. |
