I have had such an awful experience at this practice, the care is appalling, The receptionist is a abrupt and rude, the actual treatment itself was poor and when I did leave the practice I was sent another patients X-rays including their details. Best advice I can give is to look elsewhere for a dentist. |

what a poor excuse of a dentist, never once was i made to feel comfortable with a phobia of the dentist due to my teeth never growing properly and having to always have work done, by any of the staff here including the assistants, not only that but appointments forever being cancelled and rescheduled by the dentist for god knows what reason but this happened many times and was awfully inconvenient for me, last but not least i had an appointment booked to see the orthodontist but didn't turn up as i couldn't get the time of work with me being on my 13 week probation period and had to wait 2 months for an appointment anyway, when i did call to let them know they told me i was no longer welcome at the dentist even though, prior to my orthodontist appointment with my general dentist who i'd usually see, i paid £250, 3rd tier for a crown to be fitted which he then misjudged and said he didn't want to fit the crown and wanted an opinion from the orthodontist instead, i enquired about a refund to which they said they had no record of this appointment, what a nightmare, luckily I've kept the receipt and trinity dental care ill be seeing you soon x B-TECH Dental Practice, do not use Reply from Trinity Terrace Dental Practice Mon, 24 Jun 2019 15:21:36 +0100 Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. I have previously left a negative review related mostly to the old dentist who has left this practice. My new dentist is great ! Listens to needs and wants, informs of best ways of treatment, asks if this is ok. Worries about my pain levels and stops when needed. Offers a great learning environment to the assistant, whilst maintaining a positive atmosphere and professionalism. Makes some small talk, which is nice to me but is mindful of what the patient needs in that regard. Most of all- knows how to treat teeth - and I have seen dentist in the past who were not hygienic, or who didn't appear to know what treatment suits best, or repeated a treatment that failed several times. |
