I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT ST THE SURGERY FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS. EXCELLENT PEOPLE THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL. ALWAYS GOOD WHEN I WANT TO MAKE APPOINTMENT.COULD NOT FIND ANY FAULTS. WELL DONE TO EVERYONE AT WHITE CITY CLINIC. |

on the 24th of July a receptionist called me to confirm if I will be attending my appointment on the 25th I told her yes I’d be there and that was the end of that conversation.
On Thursday morning I had an family emergency to deal with so I contacted the surgery to inform you that I’d be unable to attend my appointment I’ve had sever unpleasant encounters with this receptionist because she’s very very rude on the phone but this time I felt I didn’t want to leave it I must make a complaint. So that morning I called at 10:47 ( my appointment was at 12:30) the call lasted 5 minutes I explained that I was unable to make my appointment and she didn’t seem very happy about it.
She asked me why and I said something had come up she then said but I called you yesterday to confirm why didn’t you tell me this yesterday ( how rude to ask me why I didn’t tell her this yesterday. I didn’t know this information yesterday!)
I replied yesterday I had every intention of attending the appointment.
She then said well your calling on the day of the appointment what do you want me to do I can’t give this appointment to anyone?
I did apologise but the situation couldn’t be helped at that time.
I asked if I could be rescheduled and she wait so I held on, she offered me the 6th of aug and I told her I could to that day because im working so can she book me for the 7th we eventually booked for the 7th at 12:30 and I said thank you and she put the phone down.
After the call ended I wasn’t happy so I called back at 10:53 and this call lasted 1 minute and I asked for the managers name and she told me the name but I couldn’t spell it so I asked her to spell it for me and then I asked for her name and I asked her to spell that for me too she asked why I wanted her name and that she didn’t do nothing and I told her that’s fine I’m still entitled to complain and she said that’s fine and then put the phone down on me again.
As I’ve previously mentioned this receptionist is very rude and she lacks basis customer service skills I love my dentist but I don’t like her attitude she lacks empathy and she always looks angry or upset.
Another incident that happened on the 14th of feb I had an appointment at 13:30 and I was outside parking my car I was a few minutes late to the appointment. While I was outside parking she called me 3 times to find out how far I was asking where I was pressuring me. I’ve never had this experience form a dental surgery and mannerism is terrible if your unaware I just thought you should know. |
