I had been referred to this practice for the extraction of 3 broken teeth. Upon arrival I was greeted by the reception staff who were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. As for the dentist and dental nurse, the treatment was first class. They put me at my ease straightaway, and carefully explained how the procedure would be carried out. The procedure itself was very straightforward. After the injections were completed, the dentist ensured that the gums were totally numb. She then said all I would feel would be a pushing and pulling motion on each broken tooth. This was totally painless. Each tooth came out relatively easy and quickly without any pain. I am writing this 12 hours after the treatment and I have hardly any pain now that the anaesthetic has worn off. This is without any painkillers. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone as I am so impressed by their overall professionalism. I would like to finish with a big thank you to all concerned. |

Developed quite severe tooth pain in right upper molar around 16/10/18 as I had an appointment with hygienist on 19/10/18 I decided to see what she advised, had a great appointment with her and she advised appointment with dentist regarding pain, I got a dentist appointment on 25/10/18 made specifically regarding the pain, however the dentist carried out a routine check up and concluded that he found no problem with the teeth, following that the pain increased and I developed further severe pain in a corresponding lower tooth which spread along my jaw this became so bad that on 31/10/18 I called for an emergency appointment which I was told that would not be for a repair but would get me out of pain, I attended this appointment and was given a prescription for antibiotics, left with the same pain level I had arrived with, another appointment was made for me on 07/11/18, which I attended and root canal treatment was started, a temporary filling applied and told to make a further appointment to have the next stage of treatment, this was done for 12/11/18 at 09:05 am, I attended my appointment this morning at 08:50am only to be told that it was cancelled and another made for14/11/18, so almost 4 weeks of pain and still not got my tooth fixed.
