Jul 10 2021 Attended the practice today for a routine checkup which I’ve not had for a while due to covid . I’m a very nervous person and is something I dread doing but the gentleman dentist there was very nice, and put me at ease and luckily I don’t need another appointment. The nurse and receptionist were also extremely friendly and I would definitely recommend this practice . Thank you carcroft my dentist

Sep 6 2019 I have been going to this dentist since I was a kid, (well over 25 years) when the previous Dentist was there. I always had a letter to remind me of my annual check up, some times 6 monthly if needed. And later on as technology advanced, phones calls and messages of reminders. After "My Dentist" was introduced to the place it went down hill, the staff are rude and unhelpful, sometimes quite sharp and obnoxious on the phone and in person. I carried on going regardless. Then my dentist retired/left, I had no contact at all regarding my annual check up etc. I called because I had a feeling it was due, to be told I was no longer under them ! After all those years, countless check ups and outine work, money spent etc and 'they' just decide I am no longer under them!! I was told they no longer make contact and unforunately I am basically 'booted' off their list. The lady on the phone didn't seem to give a damn either which was even more annoying. Looking at their reviews and the way they have personally treated me I think they have done me a favour.

Nov 23 2018 Absolutely climbing the walls with toothache,re registered with my dentist car Croft got an appointment for the following week ,but could not take the toothache anymore,so I phoned up and got an emergency appointment for the same day ,I went to see the gentleman dentist he checked me over and gave me antibiotics.and booked me in for a tooth extraction the very next day.he sorted my tooth out even though I thought it was the top tooth he was totally right as it was a bottom tooth ,I’m very impressed with this dentist ,
