Jan 24 2018 I find two Dentists here to be excellent and I always trust their decisions for certain treatments. All the Receptionists are charming and the Dental Nurses are just as lovely, putting me at my ease. I am not an easy patient, because I am so very nervous. Both my husband and my daughter also belong to this practice.

Aug 15 2017 Listed on NHS choice as only take kids as NHS patients but still didn't want to take my kids on, as need parent listed - but didn't want to take on new patients, Was at doctors yesterday and was asking people about dentists and loads of people said they go there as NHS. As a new person in the community they are not very supportive and the receptionist has a lot of attitude.

I'm sorry our service didn't reach your expectations. However, the receptionist was correct in informing you that we cannot take on your children as new NHS patients as our NHS contract does not allow us to accept any new patients. Our contract is restricted to children who were registered with us when the contract began and their siblings. We have to be listed on NHS choices as we have an NHS contract but unfortunately it is restricted. All hat being said the receptionist could have imparted the information in a better way and it will be dealt with as a training issue.- Write a Review
