This practice I would not take my dog to, exactly as jake said a ove too busy putting botox in people's faces, I had perfect teeth, I got cancer, which this practice knew, the dentist also knew I have struggle with my weight because of this, first tooth 3 visits being told we will do this and that, but never actually doing anything but talk, I had to have that tooth pulled, 2nd tooth had an infection had antibiotics, to return 6 times for a tempory filling which kept falling out, she blamed the product, each time taking more and more tooth away to make the filling stick, then realised the problem, my gum had grown over and she was trying to stick it to that 5 times without noticing, consequently she said we will have to do root canal, she cudnt do that due to removing too much tooth previously over 5 visits, after she cut the gum and packed it tight with cotton wool and another temp filling to last till the root canal treatment, on returning for this treatment nothing was done as I refused to lose the tooth, she left the cotton wool in and a tempory filling, 8 weeks later after not being able to eat, the cotton wool burst out of my gum, not from under the tooth about a 6mm distance from the actual tooth, (I can't risk getting infections due to my low immune system that THEY HAVE KNOWN ALL ALONG. I requested the manager on the phone, who was busy, and was told to send them an email, I asked for a call back, never got one, iv had the phone put down on me (I wasn't rude just assertive) now iv been blocked from their ig account, discusting, I'm in process of sending a letter before action, I'm now 8st 10 iv lost 2 stone which I can't lose after fighting cancer, I can't eat, don't get it twisted I'm a tough gyal, 17 cancer ops, and I'm still fighting, but wasting time and energy on this crap when I shouldn't, iv had it looked at by an independent dentist who has advised me to report this business to the General Dental council, professional standards authority, which I have already done, avoid so many better dentists out there avoid if you want to keep your teeth

On my very first visit I was told I needed a cap on a lower molar. My previous dentist told me that he could re-fill it if I wished, which I declined as I was having no problems with it. I was pushed to accepting that something needed to be done to prolong the life of the tooth. The cap treatment cost £400 a lot more than a re-filling. After the procedure to shape the tooth and take an impression for the cap on Monday 27th June 2022 I went home. As soon as the anaesthetic wore off my tongue, where the first stage of the procedure was carried out was so painful I could not eat. As I type this on the 1st of July 2022, 4 days after my visit my tongue is no better and on top of that I became so ill on the evening of the visit that 3 days later a covid flo test proved Positive. Co incidence?
