Can't believe it .I am been held to ransom or black mail what ever you want to call it . They said if I don't hand over my medical records I can't be seen Thay call it a questionnaire the only thing not on it is what questionnaire is what I had for breakfast. So as far as iam concerned it's black mail and that's a crime And so is selling people's medical records with I suspect is there agender I can't think of any other reason What has arthritis and what tests you may or not have had got to do with teeth nothing at all so ia not going to be held to ransom and nether should you so if this is not an invitation of privacy I don't know what is

I supposedly had an appointment at 9.10am on 08/07/19. At this moment of time they are in transition to a new booking system. So I feel like I have to give attention that due to the change the patient information may not be updated as it happened with mine. My dental appointment was cancelled because they used the wrong number to send their appointment confirmation and someone cancelled it. I was asked to update my information 2 weeks prior to my appointment but they clearly did not do so. So just double check that they have your correct information.
