Fantastic Service by Hygenist, Dentist and Reception Staff. Lovely manners - helpful. Best Dental Surgery I've ever attended. |

The dentist I was seeing left the practice. I have been recently seen by new dentist who I later found out is only there temporary for a month. Following check up I needed a filling. There were very limited appointments as the new dentist is only there for a month. I was told that if I saw a new dentist that I would have to pay for a new check up. effectively paying twice. |

I am terrified of the dentist and as a new patient to the practice, I was even more nervous than usual. As soon as I arrived I was made to feel at ease. The receptionist was polite, welcoming and helpful. I filled out a simple health questionnaire on arrival then after a short wait I was called in to see the dentist.
The dentist and her assistant were lovely and professional people. They possibly could tell I was nervous, and kept me informed of my treatment throughout, asking if it was ok to go ahead with any recommended treatments. I only went for a check up but they covered all bases, taking x-rays and carrying out a scale and polish to ensure my teeth were the best they could be. They also offered advice on when I should next visit. All in all I am very pleased and surprised with the treatment I recieved - all on the NHS.
