Jul 15 2019 Fantastic service and treatment ! I had contacted several surgeries who had all been unable to accommodate my appointment needs. After a recommendation from a friend, I visited mydentist in Westbrook and was welcomed by a lovely lady who was able to find an appointment at the time I needed. I could not be seen on the NHS (the books were full)but the practice provided a service where you can be seen, which was not dissimilar to the NHS. I was seen by a lady dentist who was very thorough and informative. She recommended I see the hygienist and I was again, able to book an appointment that fit in around my schedule. The staff at the practice were all very well informed and nothing was too much for them. I will most definitely be visiting this practice again and cannot recommend it highly enough to family, friends and anyone looking for a great dental practice !

The reception team were lovely and helpful and advised me when they start taking on new patients i will be informed,all though the practice are not registering they have several my dentist practices in the area that are and the receptionist will give you their details. I was quite happy to go ahead with the access as this is not much more than nhs prices,i was given all the information and cost and also they arranged for me an appointment before i went into work I was so pleased that they had fit my appointment in when it was best convenient for me. The dentist and nurse were just amazing, very professional and caring. The surgery is lovely and clean and all the staff so friendly and helpful. I left feeling very happy and feel i was treatment very respectful and my treatment was fully explained. Definitely be returning to the practice even if it is an access patient,it worth a bit more to get the professional, caring treatment that i received. Thankyou to everyone and keep up the excellent service

Jan 1 2019 This dentist is only willing to perform private treatment on people at cost but will not entertain anyone local who is in need of NHS treatment. So the listing on this page is wrong they DO NOT ACCEPT NHS PATIENTS. Their books to NHS patients have been closed for over two years now. I find this frustrating as I live by this dentist and I am disabled so it would be ideal for me to go there.
