Always helpful and friendly. Usually never have treatment however at my last appointment when I found out I needed a root canal I was very nervous as I have heard terrible things about root canal. The dentist calmed me and reassured me and it was pain free and done in no time. Thanks again, see you in 6 months! |

I attempted to attend my appointment with my maternity exemption card which the receptionist had in front of her stating it expired on 14.03.19. She then told me that because my baby was already 1 (he was born on 06.03.18) that the system wouldn't let her do the exemption so she would have to charge me. I said why when my card shows I have a valid NHS exemption until 14th March? All she kept asking was for me to see it on the system. I said I understand her point that the system isn't allowing it but she is a person who has the card in front of her so surely she could do it. She said she couldn't and I would have to pay. You're not telling me there isn't a way this couldn't have veen overridden or if she waver sure how to she could have asked someone else but no, common sense was too much to ask for. I left the practise without having my appointment as I refuse to pay for something which should be free because of a jobsworth. Appalling treatment and I shall be moving practise. It's been a long time since I have been to the dentist and it took a lot to psych myself up to go let alone dragging my baby out of the house with me. Disgraceful experience leaving very upset. Perhaps the person in question needs some training to avoid this happening in future. |

After having had a traumatic dental experience at another dentists years ago i was somewhat very nervous about coming to see somebody else. So i plucked up the courage and came here i am so glad i did ,the dentist was fabulous told me all i needed to know about my teeth and gave me different options for further treatment. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me what would happen in the coming weeks. They talked me through everything they were doing. The reception staff were very helpful as was the dentists assistant. 5 stars from me will well recommend. There is really no need for any fear its all relaxed and lovely.
