Jan 20 2023 Appalling treatment from this practice. They are using the excuse of people not booking appointments during Covid as an excuse to remove NHS patients from their list. I have been registered with them for over 15 years and so totally disgusting behaviour. No communication from them to inform me that they were deregistering me.

Aug 15 2019 off The advice from my health visitor I went on the NHS choices website to find dentists in my area that were taking on NHS patients so that myself and my 3 year old son could get registered, this was the only dentist in the area that said they were taking nhs patients.i went to the reception and asked the staff if I could register as a patient and they said that they were Not taking NHS patients until September! I suggested that if they could they should change the information on the NHS choices website to save people coming out to the practice like I did when they were not taking on. The receptionist said that they did not need to change the information on the website because they are taking on but not until September, she was quite rude about the suggestion that I had made. All of the other dentists listed said that they were not taking on so I didn’t bother contacting them! I think the information on the NHS choices website is misleading and should be changed. I did not wish to be spoken to in a rude manner by the receptionist when I was just making a suggestion, she said that the other dentists said they were not taking on because they would not be taking any more patients in the future! ??

Mar 21 2019 I attended as a new patient and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful I only rang in the morning and was able to be seen on the same day.....the dentist was really good as I am a nervous patient everything was explained to me beforehand and the treatment was painless and efficiently done I would highly recommend this practice I will now registered my family
