My son was referred to this practice from outside the area because their waiting list was short. In reality they take so long to provide appointments that there was no time saving. The surgery was tired and dirty. They don’t have seperate treatmemt rooms, just cubicles. The staff showed a complete lack of sensitivity to a nervous child, failing to treat him with any dignity or respect. They didn’t make any effort to discuss options for treatment and delayed treatment with no patient involment in the decision.
Having attended a different NHS practice with another child the contrast was dramatic and it is clear that this is simply one to avoid. |

I finally decided to get braces at 32 and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Felt part of every decision along the way and despite a tight time frame, the outcome was great. Great and professional care given at all times. Best outcome with the best professionals. Couldn't recommend more. |

Our experience has been variable. The dentist and technician we saw initially were great, but we've had very rushed appointments with staff who have talked about us as if we weren't there, including some pretty negative information that they subsequently did not give us directly.
It is not alright to do this. I very much hope that the practice is collecting 360 feedback for appraisal and revalidation, and that this is not just from their privately funded patients. It needs to be brought up in the supervision of these staff members. |
