I called this morning to register my family and I with the practice, as we are new to the area and need a dentist. The receptionist was very friendly, polite, professional and helpful. Her explanations were clear and considered, and I felt no pressure or stigma was attached to me choosing to be an NHS patient rather than private. Making appointments was easy and they will send a text reminder. Very impressed so far! |

I am very happy with the service I have had from this practice and have previously recommended it to my family. My denture is most satisfactory and the dentist was happy and able to ajust this in the initial stages to make sure it was a perfect fit. I continue to benefit from the exalent service from both reception and treatment |

I don't normally leave feedbacks but I felt this time there is exception to do so concerning the shocking customer service of Sandon dental practice. Over two and three months ago they put my son name on the referral list for teeth braces and each time we asked them about the outcome they kept saying he is still on the waiting list. A month ago my husband rang the orthodontics department in the Countess and was told that our son was not on the orthodontic waiting list at all and it is the dental practice responsibility to allocate the child to an orthodontist at the time of initial referral and so my husband went in person to the Sandon reception to relay the information but the receptionist who was dealing with the referral rejected this and was angry about why my husband rang the Countess and she added that waiting time can take three and a half years when we know that other parents waited much less than a year. I spoke to Sandon dental practice again yesterday and again they were not helpful and lacked empathy. I rang the referral system who said that your dental practice was supposed to pick an orthodontic provider in the area to put your son name on their waiting list and advised me go back to the dental practice to see what options available in the area but when I rang them about the advice I was given they seemed actually annoyed!!! I ended contacting one orthodontics practice in the area who was very helpful and offered great support and contact the referral system despite my son is not their patient to sort this matter for him and put him on their waiting list. |
