Not happy. I have been with this dentist practice for nearly 20 years. The old staff have left and the new ones lack any personality and customer service skills. Dentist hurt my gums.. didn't apologise and then shoved a X ray implement in my mouth. Now looking for another dentist. |

I went to this dentist in probably about March of this year as since I retired and no longer have my own transport I can no longer get to my previous dentists. I filled in the forms and was told I would be sent an appointment. I was on Warner Street today so called in to see if I might be getting an appointment in the near future, I was told that my application was 'probably' one of a number waiting to go on the system. I was told I would be sent for when my details were on the system. This practice says it is accepting new patients and no mention is made of a waiting list. I gather from another review that I am not the only one in this position. I am a little at a loss to know what to do now.
