I have been a customer/patient of the surgery since 1986. Staff are always helpful and whilst cost is always a factor with me I accept the work carried out has always been of a high standard. |

The receptionist lady is rude and patronising. She lacks empathy. If you don’t like dentists like many people don’t, she will not put you at ease. She revels in her own authority and telling you bluntly what you’re doing wrong as though she is a dentist and not a receptionist. It would be more constructive if she gave you advice on what you should be doing She could do with customer training and learning empathy.
The dentist doesn’t give you clear information on your treatment. Often explaining while you are having treatment so you are unable to ask questions. He can be extremely abrupt and unapproachable. It doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.
Will be looking at going elsewhere. |

i have been attending this surgery for 25+ years and have always been extremely happy with my care here. All treatment is explained, choices are given and pricing is made clear and I am madeto feel involved in decision making. A lovely little practice. |
