This review is for Preston synergy dentist. The one on Omskirk road It is an Absolutely joke of a service, please avoid this so call professional dentistry. After dealing with them for over 2 and half weeks seems to me worst than cowboys. Made a private appointment for my mrs. Was @4.30pm went there 5 mins early. Mrs waited for 45mins to find out they can’t accommodate her due to some kind of issue. Now they want her to book another appointment, take another day off from work and come back. We Asked for money back. It’s been over 2 and a half weeks still not given. Absolutely pathetic. Would never recommend any one to go there and waste their time. If you have slightest of respect and dignity in you. Please return our money which we paid for service which we never received. Tausif

Unprofessional, from the outset. Receptionist too busy on Instagram and Snap chat to speak to me, then gave me a dirty look because I asked her a question, interrupting her social media fix. Then the dentist was looking at an Xray that wasn't mine and looking at taking a tooth out that was perfectly fine. Poor service, bad attitude, lack of competency. Avoid this place. You will probably be safer taking your own teeth out!
