I waited 3 days for an emergency appointment, after being examined i was sent away with 3 tubes of toothpaste for sensitive teeth, this was despite pleading with the dentist for help as i was in constant pain and couldn't sleep.
The following day i called the NHS as i couldn't cope with the pain, they advised my dentist had a duty of care to see me within 24 hours. I called them but they would not see me until the following Monday.
I managed to get an appointment out of hours with the NHS dental service who quickly diagnosed an infected wisdom tooth, within 10 minutes the tooth was removed and my nightmare was over.
This dental practice is only interested in money, check ups are cursory with a 2 minute clean and they show no compassion or empathy when thing go wrong. |

cancelled 4 appointments at short notice without having the courtesy to be understanding of the severe distress caused. firstly to book an appointment is hard work as they never answer the phones. staff unprofessional and need some serious training in customer service. it would be run better by primary school kids |
