I seriously have the nicest dentist in the world. She is kind, caring and has provided great information and care for me and my son since he broke his front tooth as a toddler. I have had the best dentistry work here and wouldn't change her in a million years. The hygienist is also lovely and informative and I find the the front of house staff and practice manager polite and cheery.

I had an emergency appointment yesterday, for an abcess and raging toothache. They got me in immediately and I saw a particular dentist. She was amazing!! I cannot praise her enough. She was so kind and caring. She even rang me later on in the day to check how I was. I can honestly say that I think she was the best dentist I have ever seen, and I would highly recommend her. I can't thank her enough!

No one can ever say that a visit to the dentist is top of their wish list, especially when invasive surgery is required but the team at Bupa Dental Care in Wells go a long way to make the experience as smooth and most importantly, painless, as possible. The reception team are polite, helpful and professional both on the phone and at the desk. My allocated dentist is REALLY good at easing any concerns I may have and gives a thorough explanation of what needs to be done. If necessary discussing options prior to progressing so we come to a joint decision with whatever procedure/s are to be carried out . There is true level of "care" for one as an individual at this practise. Keep up the good work!
