As an NHS patient am unable to get an appointment until March 2020 despite ringing in Sept 2019. Takes ages to get through to someone and as soon as you do and you tell them you’re NHS you just don’t get offered anything in reasonable time. I called again to check about a private appointment, suddenly they can see me in next 2 days! It really is a poor business plan as I am very unlikely to have any private work done with this dentist. I judge a dentist by how well they treat their NHS patients. Treat me well as an NHS patient, then I am more than happy to book in with the hygienist/try more private treatment options etc. Would not recommend! |

I used to be enrolled as an NHS patient here and had regular check ups and a new crown fitted at a cost of £350. After that I never recieved an appointment or a reminder for check ups. I phoned to ask why I hadn't recieved a reminder, as it had been some time, only to be told I had been taken off the NHS system, and that they didn't send reminders out any more! and wern't taking any more NHS patients! Really, why wasn't informed, otherwise I would have made the appointments myself. Then they had the neck to ask me if I want to enroll as a private patient, and book a check up for £32 instead of £18 that NHS patients pay. Besides this, the treatment I recieved here was what I can only describe as being done by Trainees and foreign dentists! The staff on the reception behave like school children, and the one that I spoke to was in the mist of a conversation with her collegue, and was in fits of laughter, that she was trying to cover up whilst communicating with me! Wouldn't go here again, absolute joke! |

So happy with the results after having my teeth whitened and a chip filled in.
My dentist is absolutely brilliant, which is why i had to leave this review. |
