Our family is very grateful for the good and personal and quick service we always get from the dental Surgery . Information and treatemrent plans and costs are always clearly explained and discussed. In emergencies we thankfully are always fit it quickly. We mostly see one dentist, but all staff has been wonderful, thank you very much |

After 3 years of being without a dentist, I joined Cecil St and the Care I have had, had been second to none. The dentist has been brilliant with me, I had just been diagnosed with breast cancer and he pulled out all the stops to ensure I had all the treatment needed, before starting my chemotherapy. Everyone st the practice is polite and makes you feel welcome. 10/10 from me. |

Went there just before Christmas as a new patient. He removed an old filling that absolutely did not need doing just to replace it with a metallic one which has made my tooth look worse, refused to use a white filling even though the one he removed was white. Shortly after the treatment the filling was done that poorly it has caused an infection. I went back there today and he wanted to remove the filling again without any pain relief whatsoever after admitting it was done poorly the first time. Because I refused to let him treat me without pain relief he was very rude to me and told me to ind another dentist as he wasn’t prepared to treat me anymore. I went straight to a private dentist for them to tell me the three fillings he’s done in my mouth since I’ve been with them have been absolutely unnecessary. This dentist is very rude and does not explain any treatment to you, he will start treatment without pain relief and give it to you after you are already in horrific pain. Avoid at all costs!!! |
