I am disgusted with Henry Road dental practice. I recently had some fillings done from the female dentist who is now on maternity leave. Since I have been in a lot of pain with my teeth. I contacted the dentist yesterday to book an appointment & they gave me one for this morning at 9:15am. However this morning I missed my appointment due to oversleeping & mistakes do happen when you have an 8 month old baby who keeps you up at night. Anyways contacted the practice exactly 10 mins after the appointment who were very rude & informing me that they shall no longer take me on. Reason being I missed an appointment today & previously have cancelled appointments. The last time I cancelled an appointment was in May 2022 due to being pregnant, since I have seen dentist 3 times & have kept all my appointments. What is sickening is the lady yamna, does not no haw to speak professionally & dr Adil Riaz has informed her to get rid of me. My history of cancelled appointments was mentioned from 2016. Wow I’m disgusted. It’s better to cancel an appointment than to miss it I thought. Regardless I asked this lady the complaints procedure as I would like to make a formal complaint, I also have the recordings of the 2 conversions I had with the receptionist yamna.
