I have been at this practice for over twenty years and would not go anywhere. The reception staff are this best they remember you name even over the phone they recognise your voice. I always can get timely appointment and they cater for school children also. They follow the banding system set by the NHS for cost for treatment and this is display in the reception area. The Dentist always ask if you have any health concerns before they begin treatment.

This review is based on my last experience with this surgery. I've recently been to the surgery for a treatment. Arriving there, the receptionist was kind and welcoming. It meant a lot to me as I tend to be very anxious when going to a dentist. So it gave me a good assurance that it will likely be a nice experience with the dental treatment as well. I didn't need to wait at all for my scheduled appointment time. Regarding my treatment (I had a filling done), both the doctor and the nurse were working quickly and efficiently. They gave me every information I needed, and were treating me with respect. The doctor clearly stated and explained what the steps of my treatment is going to be and gave information about the cost of my treatment too. I might say that this last appointment of mine was one of my quickest and smoothest experience with a dentist as I had been to many dentists before with various experiences. Of course, every treatment/appointment will be a different experience, and might leave a different impression on a patient, as it has many factors to it, but based on this last experience of mine, I would definitely recommend this surgery to anyone who is looking for a professional dental surgery.
