I went as a new patient as my tooth had fallen out and this website said they are accepting new nhs patients. The dentist had very poor customer Care and manner. He was speaking with his back to me the whole time. Didn’t even introduce himself. When he couldn’t give me what I hoped for he didn’t give an explanation or show any care. He was very indifferent and not personable at all. He didn’t explain anything thoroughly I had to keep asking questions for more info. I’m not a dentist and don’t know all the technical terms or what each procedure entails. It’s like a production line. They just want patients in and out. Honestly would not return once my emergency is over. He should really develop his customer service skills and not be so patronising just because we are nhs patients. There should be a higher level of concern and care shown. |
