Jun 17 2019 Very friendly staff, always on time and offer cancellations . I have had a further deep clean treatment today but the anaesthetic has made me feel bit woozy but the staff have given advice and said this can be normal . Booked for next apt and offered cancellation which is now on a Saturday which is even better as I work full time . Excellent service and would recommend this practice

Jan 7 2019 I am really happy with the results from my invisalign treatment at Edgbaston Dental Centre with the dentist and the nurse. I had wanted to straighten my teeth for a long time but the cost and need to see another dentist/orthodontist had put me off. I was really happy to be offered the option to have my treatment undertaken by my regular dentist in practice at a fixed rate which included all my appointments and refinements – it made the process so much more manageable financially and practically. The results are better than I had hoped for, and I would encourage other patients at the practice who are considering the same treatment plan to go for it, you won’t regret it !!

Aug 9 2019 Was with this dentist for a number of years and, while I've always been satisfied with the treatment I received, the process of actually getting an appointment has steadily got worse. Unlike some dentists, they see you for a very cursory check-up and then you have to make another appointment for anything else. I have tried to book check-ups and hygienist appointments alongside each other but that's not always easy and the receptionists always seem to think that's a very strange request (whereas if you have to fit appointments round work, surely it makes sense). Most recently, they cancelled two appointments at the last minute and there was then a wait of several months to get another. That was the final straw - I've moved elsewhere now.
