Disappointing and unhelpful con money out of you, basically my mum had a brace that i had paid for and it was a total cost of £2580 they had received this total and also an over payment of over £290 while trying to demand a further £280! They tried to argue for days while this was my monies and i had all the proof so i sent it to them and then ofcourse they then stated it was there mistake but had not explained why they managed to misplace £560 worth of payments from us (the practise manager said it was due to software but not how just that exact explanation “its software”!)and my argument and great concern here is what if we hadnt kept receipts they would of kept taking off us due to there lack of upkeep! i am eight months pregnant and this had been going on for some time now and as you can imagine im highly dissatisfied with the outcome of “ it was software how anout we try give you £28 as a good will gesture”! No, you would be £500 up now if i didnt look into this and happily would of conned us! And as i have a baby to look after they expect me to just accept they were just taking £500+ overpayments out of my maternity and savings for my family because they misplaced pay records and can not admit that is whats happened! Disgusting!
