Back in December 2018 they wanted to do a filling, at that time it was not convenient so I tried to rearrange it in January this year. I phoned only to be told that they were having problems due to the building work and could I call back, I tried several times but to no avail then gave up. Time went on by, one day I called in person only to be confronted with a new girl on reception who said she was new and that she didn't appear to know what she was doing, she was rather stressed by it all, it was mayhem with lots of building work going on and people queuing, she said one of the other girls was off and the other was doing a different job in the back and she would get her to phone me to re-arrange, it never happened. I have now received a letter from them saying I am six months overdue and to phone them, I have tried 13 times YES 13 times, all I get is an answer phone saying they are busy etc. NOT GOOD. |

I have been a patient of this practice for many years and am very impressed by the new dentists who have taken it over. They are very professional but down to earth. Very impressed by the new surroundings, equipment, cleanliness and attention to legal record keeping. Had to have a back tooth filling today, felt rather anxious. I can honestly say that having the needle did not even hurt and as someone with a horrific gag reflex, didn't gag once. I wont be worrying if I ever have to have a filling again. I have done this review to hopefully assuage someone else's anxiety about visiting this practice. |

visited Heswall dental practice today service was excellent thanks t0 Kate & Louise very polite and pleasant explained everything made feel very comfortable very professional probably best dental practice I have been to and reception staff excellent thanks kevin |
