The management is next to useless manager doesn’t have a clue what’s happening head receptionist is loud as god knows what and head nurse flaps like a chicken the rest of the staff look as though they have taken something and are off their heads smoking around the back of building like little smack heads

Don’t labour under the misapprehension that being a private patient will get you decent treatment here. It won’t. The front desk staff are curt, surly, unhelpful, slow and sometimes downright offensive. I have left umpteen messages on their ridiculously inefficient answering service (which tells you that the practice is closed even in the middle of a working day, gives out of date Covid advice and once, when I rang at 2:30 in the morning to leave a message, informed me that I was number eight in the queue. Really? At 2:30 am? I don’t think so). I have now found another dentist. I won’t be going back.

I’m surprised this shithole hasn’t closed down!!! You email the manager he doesn’t respond unless he’s your mate, been trying to get in to see a dentist for nearly 2 years but keep getting told no nhs dentist but my neighbour whose friends with manager got in cos she knew the manager and head receptionist this is totally unfair.
