After being ripped off by their Dental Plan for 24 months during the pandemic when they told me they had stopped taking the debit, I realised while unable to get any of the treatments they offered under the plan that I had lost £500. Now on visiting them again I went to have a tooth removed, another £95. They advised I needed a deep clean from a hygenist and would take 2 hours each costing £270 per hour ( = £540) but only half that if I started their plan again but over a year the plan plus the £270 would actually cost a total of £570. Disgusted, I went to another local dentist and registered there. They advised yes I did need hygenist at 1 hour at £120. So I took the appointment which lasted 35 mins and the hygenist said it wasnt that bad and didnt need an hour so refunded me £45. Same job but 35 mins versus over £540 with Otley Dental Centre. Total scammers!
