Sep 10 2018 My appointment was 2.50 saw the dentist at 3.35! Quick to charge if we are late or dont attend. I found the receptionist dismissive and rude. Coinsidering you have to pay up front now before the check up is carried out. Hardly fair as if I had walked out the likeyhood is i would have to wait another month for an appointment. The turnover of staff is high and all the competent ones seem to leave with the exception of one receptionist who has been there a while.

Aug 3 2018 I have a family of 5 of us & we have been going to this dentist since my 1st was young & now 13! Always happy, professional & great treatment. Today I overheard a conversation on the phone - the receptionist had a very difficult patient trying to get an appointment, which she already had for that day rearranged. There were no other appointments that day. The receptionist was highly professional & had to put up with a lot from this patient. She dealt with it fantastically & very professionally! Fully explaining the situation numerous times!She deserved a medal. Well done.

Jul 16 2018 I have been coming to this dentist for awhile now and although they have gone through some dentist changes, the service is fabulous. My young new dentist is lovely and she spoke to me about the choices of white fillings. Reception are great and its nice to the see the same faces in staff members. Can't recommend the practice enough.
