Been going to this same dental surgery now for24 years Since I moved into the area Always a pleasure too attend my appointments and I think Iam very lucky to have such an excellent Dental Practice in my area Hope it continues for many years to come

Recently accepted as an NHS patient at the practice. All the staff treated me with respect and dignity. Everything was explained from form filling at reception to me leaving. Required treatment, so the plan,including options and costs were explained. I am very nervous at the dentists particularly in relation to needles. The dentist and dental nurse were very understanding of this and took the time to explain and offer support to help make this less stressful for me. They succeeded, and whilst I will always be apprensive, I will continue to attend (prior to this haven't been for many years) because I have faith and support in and from the practice. The dentist gave me options,where possible, in terms of the order of the treatment plan, which also helped me to deal with my anxiousness. Thank you to all - you should be proud of the level of commitment to your patients. Managing expectations, in my , is the key and you certainly did this.
