Jun 6 2019 Great practice with very friendly and accommodating staff. Fully recommended, so much so my whole family have moved to using this practice.

Apr 1 2019 Extremely disappointed with the practice and wider company's support team who tried to cover off their inability to provide clear, consistent communications as "NHS standard". Be very wary of the dentist not giving you all of the information as you can be sure they will not. Complaint now raised to the PHSO - the only thing they were effective at was chasing payment for treatment that had not been completed despite an outstanding complaint. Service offered overall is very poor. I have moved dentists and will not return.

Jan 9 2019 Inadequate options provided during initial consultation meant that a filling was not fit for purpose. Little surprise when it came off yet again - practice insisting upon further costs for band 3 treatment despite the fact that this was never offered in the first place. Be sure to insist all options are covered by the dentist before agreeing to enter into treatment or you will find your time and money are wasted. Very disappointed with this service and the fact that I am out of pocket for not having the knowledge of a dental practitioner.
