I cannot rate this dentist highly enough. From being a little girl I have had a fear of the dentist and it has been 17 years since I had treatment, not because I haven’t needed it, but because I’m terrified! I had toothache two weeks ago and the practice fitted me in the next day. My teeth needed filling but because of a secondary infection and being prescribed with antibiotics I waited two weeks for treatment. I have been this morning and have had two teeth filled with numbing injections. The dentist was reassuring, patient, calming and explained everything. Consequently I have made an appointment to see the hygienist and will now attend 6 monthly. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. Thank you.

My name is Michael Hawkins and visited the surgery this morning due to a broken front tooth. I rang early this morning and a lovely welcoming voice answered the phone, I informed the receptionist of my problem and without hesitation offered me an option of two appointments for the same day. I must emphasise that the receptionist was extremely efficient and very friendly which helped enormously. I called for my arranged appointment and asked who I was speaking to earlier, also I must mention another member of staff on reception also very friendly and efficient. My dental surgeon quickly looked at the problem and completed the work within 15 minutes. They are the best dental surgeon I have had working on my teeth since I joined the practice a number of years ago. If this dental surgeon was practising when I was younger I would never have been anxious about visiting the dentist and would have saved some of my teeth! But at least I found an excellent surgeon now and I'm into my 60's. Again thankyou personally for an excellent service from arranging appointments to visiting the practice from start to finish. Keep it up to my dentist, the receptionists and not forgetting the dental assistants. Regards Michael Hawkins
