This has been my dental practice for over 20 years. The highest standards of patient care and treatment have been maintained throughout this time. All of the staff are professional and show genuine interest in patient well being. They respond to routine and emergency needs with compassion and professional integrity.
My most recent visit, which has prompted me to write my review, has been for root canal treatment. Although I am never terrified of dental treatment, the prospect of this complicated procedure did make me nervous. I had had any potential complications explained to me at the first appointment, and worried that this could be a long and stressful treatment. The initial appointment has been lengthy; however the calm, reassuring atmosphere of the treatment room, the way in which staff contacted me to offer an early appointment as soon as a cancellation occurred and the way in which I have been informed about each stage of the procedure meant that the whole experience has been relatively relaxing, very reassuring and (so far) uncomplicated. I feel very fortunate to have such a high quality NHS resource available to me. |

This practice only offers 1 appointment to NHS patients, they will not treat you after that. Therefore, they can make as much mess as they like with your mouth and they can then refuse to fix the mess they made. They are willing to take the money from the government without having any of the responsibility. This shows why dentistry is no longer a medical profession and is now basically cosmetic surgery. Dentists need to ask themeselves why they entered the profession. Was it to help people (like proper doctors and nurses), or was it simply to make as much money as possible? |
