Sep 17 2019 I have always been scared to go to a dentist until I came here. The reception team helped me register and were very nice to me. I seen Jane the dentist and she was so kind and helped me feel at ease. I feel like I have overcome my fear of the dentists with the help of this practice. So thank you so much!

Sep 17 2019 I called my original dentist for an emergency appointment as I was in A LOT of pain but they could not get me in for an appointment. So I called Heaton smile, firstly I would like to say how polite and kind the receptionist was that dealt with me. she was so sympathetic and understood exactly where I was coming from. I got an appointment that same day, when I arrived at the practice the welcome was very warm and I felt comfortable right away! There was some paperwork to fill out, I waited around 25 minutes as I was a sit and wait appointment but thought that was exceptional. The dentist was great, very soft and gentle. Told me everything I needed to know and best of all got me out of pain! I have now transferred to this practice and will continue to attend. You guys are FAB!!

Reception staff are exceptionally polite and always try their best to help. I have seen a few dentists at the practice and they are all professional and very good at what they do! Always look forward to my next check up!
