Rang to make an appointment, receptionist were really friendly and helpful. Made an appointment, when I went to the dentists again the receptionist were welcoming and friendly, nurse and dental made me feel at ease and not worried as was a little bit nervous. Teeth felt nice and clean after the scale. Would definitely recommend this practice. |

Waited 8 weeks for an appointment with toothache, arrived for appointment to be left in the waiting room for over an hour!! – after returning to reception to find out if this was normal! to discover the receptionist hadn’t checked me in on the system!! Great “well done” this is despite the Dental Nurses seeing me sitting in the waiting room while they were collecting other patients. – Customer service not a high priority in this practice.
