I had to get an emergency appointment after I got an infection in a tooth I broke two years previously. I hadn’t been to the dentist since I was a kid and so I was quite nervous. My teeth were in a neglected state - nothing too drastic, except for the broken tooth which had formed an abscess in the gum and needed to be extracted, but definitely needed a deep clean and a few repairs. The receptionist was exceptionally nice and friendly so I was immediately put at ease. I noticed all patients were dealt with in the same manner, and nobody had to wait long. An elderly patient I observed was treated with the utmost respect. Within 5 minutes I was on my way upstairs to my dentist. The dentist was immediately friendly, professional, confident, so I relaxed further and allowed them to look at my teeth. A summary was reached quickly it was all over quickly, efficiently, and totally painless. The dentist didn’t judge me for neglecting my teeth. The dentist talked me through it all and even showed me an x ray of my jaw afterwards. I would totally recommend this practice, it’s exactly how a dental practice should be. I would give 10 stars if I could, and I will not neglect my teeth in future because my dentist was so excellent and calming that my nerves have vanished.

The dentist and the team are fantastic-very professional- friendly and helpful. Been to other dentist in the past but would never go back total god send . Helped all my family, try very hard to accommodate . The staff are so kind and understanding and listen . The dentist himself does amazing work and nothing is too much trouble. 100% recommendation and i have been a health care professional 30 years
