Constantly getting my appointments cancelled, you call them and nobody answers you get the same old messages sorry all our receptionist are busy at the moment. I have tried calling since 9:15 this morning it's now 13:30 and there still busy .and when you do manage to get an appointment the staff are as miserable as sin . |

Had an emergency appointment with Pam. She answered non of my questions i found she was very cold and I've left feeling stressed and lost about the issues I had with my teeth. I was given no advice even though I was clearly confused about my situation. I've been given a temporary filling not been told when I can start to eat again or what's gonna happen with it or when I'll get a permanent filling. No information given to me what so ever. Disappointed wish I hadn't attended. |

Been with this Dentist for over 25 years and the last 3 weeks I have felt bullied by the Dentist. The fear of being struck off is ever looming making them more powerful and patients excepting to endure disgusting behaviour from them. Private patients treat totally different to NHS ones, unfortunately patients don’t have a voice with them. The sad thing is they don’t know the Mental health of the patient they are seeing and from what I see they don’t care either. Can’t see if improving and have had loads of people express concerns too but are to scared to complain. |
