I was with this dentist 2 years and all I got was one filling,and because I was due an appointment when COVID hit and couldn't go because it was closed they let me go as a missed appointment,so I got a new dentist to only find out I needed 2 teeth pulling out had him disease and they also let me get a crown and my front chipped tooth,where this dentist wouldn't and said they couldn't do anything about it.i would not recommend this dentist as it feels like no one in there cares at all for your dental health.

I was disappointed with the receptionist and the treatment I received. As a nervous patient which I make clear on arrival I found the receptionist unhelpful and was only interested with the card machine and not my concerns. Even when I asked to speak to the manager I was told no one here. When I went in for treatment I told the dentist the receptionist said I could only have a checkup but I said I had booked a filling as mine had come out. She continued to tell me I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and I explained the dentist practice keep canceling my appointments. My anxiety was through the roof at the thought of returning again for treatment. When I was called I informed the dentist of my concerns and he did the filling and check up together, only for the filling to come out 2 days later! My visit cost £65 only for the filling to come out on Sunday! A very disappointing visit and looking for an alternative dentist! 7/5/21 Mandy
