My recent visits have been to see Dr Crosslet, a very friendly and , in my view, a very efficient young dentist. Two of my recent visits were emergency. First, a painful abscess and secondly a broken filling. The helpful staff managed to arrange prompt treatment. |

Attending here my mouth has been made to open so wide and I’ve been in pain whilst the treatment has being carried out. The dentist that has worked on me has tapped me on my shoulder and said to breath through my nose instead of my mouth. Why is he tapping a patient? The matierals have been put over my chest and when the nurse is not holding it correctly he has pushed the material into my chest. He talks to me with attitude and disrespect as well as the nurses. I don’t know how they all work there. |

Abrupt and stern with staff and patients. Rough with patients mouths, leaving me with sores where they have been rough. Unapproachable and not friendly if I could find another NHS dentist easily I would never use thix dentist again. |
