I had a very bad toothache over night.I telephoned Green Lane reception next day around 9.30 am explained to the very polite member of staff.my problem and could they extract my tooth. The kind member of staff told me they could fit me in that day at 2.10pm.Met the dentist i told them i was very nervous and was made to feel very calm through the very professional way the dentist spoke to me and reassured me before pulling my tooth.I just felt a mild prick of the needle and as for the tooth extraction IT WAS PAINLESS.If you are a person who was like me, used to be scared of a dentist this practise is for you.I can assure any person out there if you do not like dentist or scared all this ends with Green Lane Dentist the BEST dentist i have ever attended and i am 67 years old and have been to many. |

I saw a dentist on Tuesday 15th January 2019 for a tooth extraction. I have never felt so little pain having the injection to deaden my gum before. The tooth had a very long deep root, making it that much more difficult for the dentist to remove. I can honestly say even with this I have never felt so little pain in having a tooth extracted. I am a retired pensioner, consequently I have seen many different dentists in my life, and this one was exceptional. I only wish I could name the dentist, who was very friendly, polite, caring understanding, and most professional. All the other staff that I met, receptionists, nurses were equally friendly, helpful and professional. A dental practice is not a place one would wish to visit, but those who are nervous in visiting a dentist, this is the practice for you. |

This practice is overwelmed by demand. They have vacancies for dentists which the current system is unable to fill. They are doing their very best to get everyone treated but it's a quart and pint pot situation. Having to wait 6 weeks, with acute tooth ache, for an extraction is not acceptable. Having paid national insurance for 40 years I refuse to be forced to go private by a heartless calculating government!
