The worst surgery ?? the receptionist have bad attitude ?? towards patients no good communication at all that why I saw people come and swear at them they well deserved it they sit talking to each other eating in front of the desk that ate very very bad receptionist no good manner at all |

Their Phone queuing system is agonisingly frustrating and doesn't work on 'first call first serve' basis and it's been 5 days I am calling for a simple appointment for my 7 year old. I call exactly at 8am when they open and mostly number 5 to 7 in queue waiting for an hour and half on phone call to get to operator to hear that their is no appointment left for today's please call at 8 tomorrow or I she can book an appointment for next week. While my partner calling at 8.05am from his phone given number 25 in call queue and jumps to position 15 in the same time I jumped 5 positions. How could you spend 90 minutes giving 5 appointments. You are frustrating patients and discouraging them by leaving them untreated before they get better themself. The system is designed not to serve but frustrate and turn away patients. I am still on phone now at 9.51 on position one (since 40 minutes) jumping from position 5 when I called at 8.01am this morning an I know I will be told to call tomorrow or book next week. Its been a week like this. Sad |

One of the worst doctors surgeries I’ve every come across. I’ve had probably 15 different doctors within the year, most doctors are experienced then others, I’ve been on the on the wrong medication for over a year and when I do finally get the right medication they try and stop it. Doctors are rude and have no manners. I would advise to stay away. |
