Very bad service. I am trying book appointments maybe 6 months ago. No idea how it's possible but I am or waiting list or phone appointment. I not seeing my doctor maybe 2 years . Shit | ||||||

Have been with this surgery a number of years, and have always struggled to get an appointment.
Over the last few years, it has become impossible to see a GP at the clinic. The response is usually to attend a walk in centre.
Today was the final straw. I've had to ring 3 times. Waiting 30 mins, 40 mins, and finally 1hr and 45 minutes. The last call wasn't even answered.
I wasn't trying to make an appointment. The only service I required, was for the GP to authorise some medication I needed.
The letter was received 8 days ago. Yet the practice still can't seem to get their act together, and carry out a basic duty.
If they had sign the medication off quicker, then I wouldn't have had to sit taking up a place in the queue. Which would have surely improved the efficiency of the practice. | ||||||
