    Refused to allow me to change my 9 month old babies soiled nappy in the baby change toilet 5 minutes before my appointment, I had to change her on the floor in the walk way as there was no time to go to Asda. The receptionist was very rude.

    Attended for blood investigations, unable to use the toilet advised to use the Asda facilities. I can imagine that many of those who use the medical center can be the elderly or parents with young children. Please can someone explain why this is still the procedure. Surely if Asda can keep their toilets clean surely a health facility can. Please do not blame Covid. Thank you
