Sadly applied for employment with the practice. After 3 weeks in the making turned up to find the lady interviewing had decided to work from home that day! A simple call might’ve been nice and Reception had not been informed of any interview. Was advised a Manager would see me but was in a meeting with no idea how long I would be left waiting. Fortunately I did have a job to go to and didn’t have time to wait when no idea how long the wait would be. No contact made since and no apology from the interviewer for non-attendance. A lucky escape I think. | ||||||

I concur with above responses. I shall be reporting them to their governing body. Is this now privately owned- hence the poor to non existent service??? | ||||||

Just awful, and when you think they can't get any worse they sink to new lows. No interest in seeing patients, reception team seem to have been trained in avoidance tactics and believe they are medically trained to decide if you need to speak to a Dr or not. It is not an exaggeration to say as other posters have that their repeated and extensive failures are causing life threatening situations. How they are allowed to continue under the management they have I do not know. | ||||||
